The term “lifetime” refers to a period of 10 years from your puppy’s date of birth.As a premier Neapolitan Mastiff breeder, we understand that no puppy could ever truly replace the one you have lost. However, we believe that bringing another four-legged family member into your home may help ease the sadness. In the very unlikely event (which has never happened before) of the death of your Neapolitan Mastiff puppy within one year of its birth due to a genetic cause, or if your puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital or hereditary disorder within the first year, we will replace the puppy with another Neapolitan Mastiff puppy for sale of equal value at no additional cost to you.Naturally, your original puppy remains your beloved family member — we would never ask for the return of your pet.We reserve the right to verify any diagnosis with a veterinarian of our choice before placing another puppy with you.If the death of your Neapolitan Mastiff puppy due to a life-threatening congenital defect occurs after the first year but within 10 years of birth, we will issue a credit of 50% of the original purchase price toward the purchase of a replacement Neapolitan Mastiff puppy for sale of equal value.In either case, the buyer’s licensed veterinarian must provide us with a written certificate, clearly stating the exact cause of death, confirmed by a necropsy/autopsy. If it is determined that the death was caused by a genetic defect and not by neglect, the Neapolitan Mastiff puppy will be replaced accordingly. You will also need to return the microchip issued by South Florida Neo Mastiffs as proof of identity.If these requirements are not fulfilled, the health guarantee becomes null and void.⸻Requirements to Maintain GuaranteeAt South Florida Neo Mastiffs, nothing makes us happier than knowing we have placed a healthy, happy Neapolitan Mastiff puppy into your family. To ensure your puppy stays healthy, the following steps must be completed:•Initial Exam: Email or text a copy of the initial veterinary examination within 2 business days of receiving your puppy.•Vaccinations: Your puppy will arrive up-to-date on vaccinations. Do not vaccinate within the first five days after receiving your Neapolitan Mastiff puppy.•Ongoing Veterinary Care: Continue proper deworming and provide regular health exams at least until your puppy is 16 weeks old.
