How Our Waiting List Works
Thank you for considering South Florida Neo Mastiffs, a premier Neapolitan Mastiff breeder committed to producing healthy, well-socialized, and exceptional-quality puppies. Our Waiting List is the best way to secure early access to our upcoming Neapolitan Mastiff puppies for sale before they are offered to the general public.
To join our Waiting List, we require a $650 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is not an additional fee — it will be applied toward the total purchase price of your chosen puppy. Placement on the Waiting List is handled on a first come, first served basis: the first family to place a deposit will have the first choice of available puppies, the second family will have the second choice, and so on.
When we have a new litter of Neapolitan Mastiff puppies, we will personally contact you via text message or phone call. At that time, you will have the opportunity to either select your puppy or pass and wait for the next litter. If you pass, you will retain your spot on the list for future litters, and may even move up depending on other families’ selections. This ensures that you have priority access to all upcoming litters until you find the perfect puppy for your family.
Important: When puppies are born and you are contacted, you must respond within 12 hours. If we do not receive a response within that window, we will move on to the next person in line to maintain fairness and momentum for all families eagerly awaiting their new companion.
It is also important to understand that while there may be several people ahead of you on the Waiting List, this does not guarantee they are selecting the same type of puppy you are hoping for. Many families have specific preferences for color, gender, or temperament, which means your ideal Neapolitan Mastiff puppy could be available sooner than expected.
As a dedicated Neapolitan Mastiff breeder, we will no longer send public notifications when puppies are born. Instead, early announcements are reserved exclusively for families on our Waiting List. If you are not ready to place a deposit, we invite you to follow South Florida Neo Mastiffs on our website, Facebook page, and Instagram, where any available puppies will be posted after our Waiting List families have made their choices.
